GOOD THINGS TO KNOW
Late Spring, Summer and early Fall weekends book up quickly!
Weekdays are also available with advanced notice (good for summer
parties or children in Pre-K or Kindergarten).

check for availabilities on your desired day and time, please contact
us:

We are
fully insured! For the safety and welfare your children deserve,
be sure to check all pony party operators you inquire with for proof of
insurance. Ask for their agent's contact information and policy number
and verify the information given, as regular farm insurance will NOT
apply to special coverage areas such as pony parties or guided trail
ride operators.
Safety
is #1 - All children are required to wear a helmet when
riding the pony.
Our ponies are hand-led to ensure that your children are safe, secure,
and having a great time! Children
are always within arm's reach.
We offer
"color-coordinated" tack for parties: A Pink saddle and coordinating
tack for girls and a black saddle and coordinating tack for boys.
Our saddlery is safe, attractive and well-maintained.
Parents
must sign a waiver that covers Washington State horse laws. We can
forward a copy of our waiver to have on hand before we arrive so that
parents can sign the form as they arrive with their children.
A 50%
deposit is required to book your event - this will guarantee your
desired time slot. Parties that need to be postponed due to
inclement weather will be rescheduled and will have first priority over
dates & times.
Still
have questions? Email us at
ponyparties@renaissancefarms.com or call us at: 360-852-3250 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. to
discuss the particulars of your next event.

GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES
Due to skyrocketing diesel costs, any off-site parties
done outside our normal geographic boundaries will be subject to a fuel
surcharge. This will be based on actual mileage which will
be calculated using the following geographic landmarks as beginning and
end:
1) North of the 179th Ave. exit of I-5 in Vancouver, WA (this would
include Ridgefield, Battleground, LaCenter & Woodland)
2) South of Clackamas Town Center exit off I-205 South (including the Hwy.
212/224 & I-205 interchange; Milwaukie, etc.)
3) West of Beaverton, Oregon (west of Cornell/Bethany exits off Hwy. 26)
4) East of the Clark/Skamania County line, along Hwy. 14
(east of Washougal), as well as east and south of
Gresham, Oregon along I-84
Not sure if your address applies to the following
geographic boundary guidelines? Call or email us and provide the
particulars of your location and we'll be happy to check for you.
We are happy to waive this in certain circumstances where your address
is just outside of the boundaries, but again, please double check with
us. |
